Musings of a Gym Virgin who is dedicating one year (June 15, 2010-June 15, 2011) to exercise every, single, solitary day and try to figure out what the fitness hype is all about.
Even the best laid plans can just go to crap in a heartbeat. I don't even want to talk about it. Am doing weights this a.m. at home along with lunges, kick outs, and squats. The last two things are really hard (for me that is). Hope you have a super Thursday! Laters.
