Tonight was trainer session 2 for this week. We started out walking in downtown Little Rock. I thought we would,literally,just be walking. Oh, how wrong the Gym Virgin was. First of all, Rambo had me reach for the sky, while going down the block. Then I had to do boxing jabs while going down the block. Then I had to do lunges, while going down the block. THEN I had to skip AND reach for the sky while going down the block. THEN I HAD TO KICK BOX WHILE GOING DOWN THE BLOCK!!! I was all worn out and my foot had not even darkened the gym door yet.

We get back to the gym and work on the dreaded core with the balance ball, squats, weights, and more lunges. Then we go upstairs to the machines. On one machine I was supposed to pull the weight to my sides and then behind me. Well Rambo holds my hands when they are behind me. To stretch fully he says.

Stretching out time is another whole series of loosening up the muscles. My muscles got so loose, I had to sit down I was so jittery. Not to worry, Rambo modifies real quick and we stretch even more while sitting down!

BTW, I have lost 4 lbs since the 15th! Am pretty shocked by that.
