Well my sister called. and chewed me out about the hiatus. She said I must have been on hiatus for the last 2 months as there have not been that many posts! Well dang it, she is right. I just decided to make it official. However she won't let me.
Then the same day that I talked to sister, my BFF from the 10th floor at work (Keshia) comes to my office and wants to talk about my exercise and what I have been doing. I tried changing the subject multiple times BUT SHE WOULDN'T LET ME. So next week she is going to call me every day and ask did I walk around the block at lunch time. Every single day she is going to call me. So the Gym Virgin is now back on the wagon. Accountability sucks.

Keshia, I love u! Told gym virgin in my chewing out process that I wanted ur email! U read my mind and went to talk to her and hold her feet to the fire!! Keshia ur the best!
