So I am watching Oprah just now...Her staff went vegan for a week...they were talking about how good they felt...it is not just meat but meat products...now that I had never thought of. So iI binged 'vegan' and did you know there are vegan caterers??? for vegan weddings??? Could I vegan for a day? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I could probably vegan-ish for a day.
