Gym Jam

Kids for those of you who are not familiar with The Spudnut Shoppe in El Dorado, Arkansas well let me bring you up to speed. It is a doughnut place that has been in El Do for decades. They make, without a doubt, the best doughnuts in the world! Krispee Kremes have absolutely nothing on a Spudnut.

So yesterday the Husband and I go to El Do to put up a Christmas tree for Dan. We were there early in the day so we thought we would go to the Spudnut Shoppe on the off chance it was open. This place is only open a few hours a day and we figured the day after T'giving they might be closed.

Our eyes glazed over (pardon the pun) when we saw the cars lined up outside the place meaning they were open. We bought a dozen. We decided this would last several, several days for just us 2 people. STUPID STUPID STUPID US.

We ate 2 each on the ride home. We ate 2 each last night watching TV. We ate 1 each for breakfast.And now there are 2 lousy doughnuts left and we have only had them in our possession for LESS THAN 24 HOURS!!!!!!

Walking trail here I come. I will be the one with the Spudnuts all over my bubble butt.
