I walked (briskly) for 1/2 mile at 7:30 am today. Got to get back with the program... I bought a table at an estate sale yesterday for $ 5 bucks. Came home and painted it Fireside Orange. I am going to count that as some exercise activity. Mainly because I would have never done that before. I am making a small bedroom into my office. I wanted a desk that didn't start out life as a desk. Thus my new orange table/desk! Now when I go to pay bills I will smile first because I do love the color orange!!!
