I wanna dance with somebody....it's raining men...i think we're alone now...loco-motion...burning love...a little less conversation and a little more action...jungle love...the twist...lady marmalade...ain't no way...black velvet
This is my walk out music for January 2011. I went out at 7:30 am and walked 1/2 mile. yes, it hurt. but I did it. Stopped at the mail box station in my neighborhood and did step ups on the curb.
That's all for now, gotta go climb a mountain at work.
